The noise of AC cooling fan is related to the friction and flow of air. Generally, the higher the fan speed is, the larger the air volume is. At the same time, the greater the friction is, and the greater the noise is. In addition, the fan itself will vibrate during the working process, and also produce a small amount of sound. In order to reduce the noise, professionals found that under the same air volume, the larger the fan blades of the AC cooling fan, the smaller the required speed, and therefore the smaller the noise. In addition, the noise of the AC cooling fan also comes from the bearing impact in the fan.

AC cooling fan is one of the commonly used devices in our life. Therefore, we need to consider the following factors when selecting and installing cooling fan:

1. First of all, the cooling fan should have the function of full exhaust. If the temperature of hot air in some equipment in a hot environment is relatively low, it will work in the opposite direction.

2. Then, the inductor must be installed in a good position and can be installed in a more appropriate position. The sensor should be clamped to the surface of the radiator. The fan can be controlled by temperature operation. During heating, the voltage regulator can speed up the sensing speed. At low temperature, the fan speed changes almost to 0. Therefore, the length and temperature sensitivity of the sensor determine its reaction time.

AC cooling fan is powered by alternating current: single-phase AC motor has only one winding. When the single-phase sinusoidal current passes through the stator winding, the motor will produce an alternating magnetic field. The strength and direction of this magnetic field change sinusoidally with time, but it is fixed in space, so it is also called an alternating pulsating magnetic field. This alternating pulsating magnetic field can be divided into two rotating magnetic fields with the same speed and opposite rotating directions. When the rotor is stationary, these two rotating magnetic fields generate two torques with the same size and opposite directions in the rotor, making the resultant torque zero, so the motor cannot rotate. When we use an external force to make the motor rotate in a certain direction (such as clockwise), the motion of the cutting magnetic line between the rotor and the rotating magnetic field in the clockwise direction becomes smaller; The motion of the cutting magnetic line of force between the rotor and the rotating magnetic field in the counterclockwise rotation direction becomes larger. In this way, the balance is broken, the total electromagnetic torque generated by the rotor will no longer be zero, and the rotor will rotate in the direction of pushing.

The internal structure of the AC cooling air (single-phase) is composed of two coil groups, one is the winding, and the other is the operating winding. The two windings are connected in series with each other, thus forming three points. The series point is the common end, the end of the starting winding is the starting end, and the end of the operating winding is the operating end. The AC fan also needs a starting capacitor, usually with a capacity of 1-2 uf, and the withstand voltage is usually 250v, This refers to the normally used mains AC motor. This capacitor is a polyester capacitor, which has no positive and negative poles. It has two connectors, one is connected to the end of the starting winding and the other is connected to the end of the running winding, forming a triangle type. The power supply (no need to distinguish the live line from the neutral line) is connected to the end of the running winding (that is, it is also connected to one end of the capacitor), and the other is connected to the common end. The grounding wire is connected to the motor shell; Generally, the starting winding of single-phase AC motor can also be used as the running winding. If the running winding is switched with the starting winding (that is, one end of the power supply is connected to the common terminal, and the one connected to the running terminal is connected to the starting terminal, so that the starting winding is used as the running winding), the motor will reverse, which is the only way to realize and change the rotation direction of single-phase AC motor.
