The fan cooling fan is mainly composed of the following six parts: motor, air filter, blower body, air chamber, base (also used as oil tank), and oil drip nozzle. The blower operates eccentrically by the offset rotor in the cylinder, and changes the volume between the blades in the rotor slot to suck in, compress and discharge air. During operation, the pressure difference of the blower is used to automatically send the lubrication to the oil drip nozzle and drop it into the cylinder to reduce friction and noise, while keeping the gas in the cylinder from backflow. This type of blower is also called a sliding vane blower.

The blower mainly transports clean air, clean gas, sulfur dioxide and other inert gases. It can also produce and transport other flammable, explosive, corrosive, toxic and special gases as required. Therefore, it can be widely used in metallurgical, chemical, fertilizer, petrochemical, food, building materials, petroleum, mine, textile, gas station, pneumatic transmission, sewage treatment and other industrial sectors.

Precautions for operation of cooling fan of blower:

1. After the fan is started, the opening of the diffuser can be adjusted slowly according to the production needs. The diffuser can be controlled with the "ON" and "OFF" keys to ensure the necessary air volume.

2. When the fan is running, the fan must be monitored frequently, and attention must be paid to the current, oil temperature, oil pressure, air inlet vacuum, sound, fan, temperature, vibration, etc. of the fan. Make records on time. In case of any abnormality, find out the cause and eliminate it in time, and report to the production department. If necessary, take emergency shutdown measures (use cautiously).

Centralized control means that the control of the cooling fan is performed by the engine powertrain control module which has multiple control functions such as fuel injection, ignition, emission, air conditioning, and cooling fan of the engine. It is used for unified coordination and scheduling to ensure good power, economy and emission of the engine. The split control means that the external electronic control module is used to drive the fan when the engine is disconnected, so as to achieve the purpose that the heat dissipation system can properly dissipate heat from the engine. This external electronic control module is what we call the engine cooling fan controller. Each fan control type and control technology has its own characteristics.

The cooling fan control technology of the blower is worthy of in-depth research and analysis. In order to meet the requirements of good working performance, durability and exhaust emissions of the engine, the automobile engine must get appropriate heat dissipation under the high-temperature working environment to keep it working at the appropriate temperature. The engine cooling system plays a key role here. The control technology of engine cooling system is mainly the control technology of cooling fan.

Inspection and handling method: according to the fault phenomenon, the power supply of the host is basically normal, most of the circuits on the motherboard are not faulty, and the first 64KB of memory can be read and written normally, the BIOS fault diagnosis program starts to run, and the alarm signal can be sent through the PC horn.
